Back in Black Knock Off in RoR

So, i was watching Record of Ragnarok season 3, epsode 8; when i realized the background music sounded A LOT like Back in Black from AC/DC (makes sense, after all we are talking about eletricity and >!Nikola Tesla!<). It plays around the 10th minute of the epsode. I unfortunately cant record to show in here, but you can check it for yourself. Is it a reference or just plain plagiarism?
