Is there any way to influence what job an NPC goes for? And, for the Royal family...

I have a PC I made in another file that I want to bring into my kingdom via code; I wanted to marry him into my family but he looks like he needs to be a knight. He just got that look, you know?

Is there any way to influence what job he'll get? Or just in general, for anyone? My husband, Timothy, is still just a civilian despite his high stats. But he only has 27,000 wp and 4,500 EXPL pts over his entire life so that might be why...

Also, all four of the children to the queen have become farmer associates of some kind. Three of them have married and moved out and the last is still living in the royal chamber but working as a farmers association manager.

Does that mean there's no heir to the throne? What will happen in that case?
