Homelab Upgrade Configuration

I just recently purchased a new micro form factor PC with i3 10th gen 16 GB RAM and 256 NVMe. Currently I am running the arr stack and some LXC on a Lenovo with an i5 8 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD.

I have a spare 256 GB Sata drive I want to replace the 1 TB HDD with, but after I move things over to the new micro form factor PC I want to put some things on the other host.

What would you all do if you were in the same scenario? Arr stack with Jellyfin on the new 10th gen for better transcoding and other random containers on the old micro form factor PC? Or something completely different that I’m not thinking?
