Question from a new Eero user.

I moved in to my partners property around a year ago, She already had internet etc sorted as she has lived in the property for around 4-5 years. Basically her ex partner had set the Eero up etc and when they split she had none of the login info for the Eero app (And he "can't remember" the info). Now I've been having some problems for the last month with the WIFI on my PC and wanted to login or get in to the Eero app to see if there's anything that I can change etc to sort the problems with the pc. I've read that some people are having problems setting the Eero back up once hard reset due to it being linked to another account and obviously don't want to risk having no WIFI if this problem does occur as we don't have the old login to the currently set up network. My question is, Once I hard reset an Eero 6 will I need that information to set a new network up or will I be able to just create a new eero account and set it up?
