Any advice on how to play the Rafale?

Ok so I just got my Rafale M, (since I like doing sim and bombing and TALIOS pod is slightly better)

And I wanted to know how to play it well since I'm in stock, I'm having trouble figuring out how to play it properly and manage the different radar modes to get the most out of the MICA.

Do you have any advice?
