Late 90s techno song with unique chorus

Greetings. In abouts 1997 I heard a CD that was of the techno genre and a concept album about just what I do not remember. It told some story that was possibly fantastical in maybe a sci fi way and one of the songs had a woman's voice repeating throughout like four lines and each line perhaps four times. The phrases were something like, "love me, love me, love me, love me, suck me, suck me, suck me, suck me, f*ck me, f*ck me, f*ck me, f*ck me...." That is all I remember. I am curious to know if that rings a bell for anyone so I can figure out what the heck I was listening to at the age of 17. I was around the rave scene of the Midwest and car audio stuff big time.
