25.12.1 mouse stops working when open overlay

the overlay is just acting very weird sometimes it works sometimes it freezes my entire mouse but keyboard etc still works fine so i just need to reboot and everything is back to normal

i have a brand new 9070 xt reaper. so i decided just to disable the overlay and never had any issues afterwards
