Contractor referral request

Hi, looking for contractor referrals for some basic remodeling. It is a 1200 condo that needs some basic (in my mind) remodeling before selling. Ie, new flooring, painting, replacing some vanity/toilets/lighting, molding/trim replacement. Think, your basic refresh.

I don't think it is anything terribly complicated, nor am I looking for high end remodeling. Just clean/new to bring something from the 90s into 2026.

I pursued this about two years ago but after ghosting or insane quotes, put this on pause.
