Do I need a neck guard for youth inline hockey?

I know you need a neck guard for youth ice hockey but I don’t know about inline hockey. I assume I don’t because there’s no blades but last I knew all youth hockey needed a neck guard. Tried to look it up but only got info about ice hockey. Do I need one?
