Is deleting and making new account the same as changing username and profile pic??

Got sextorted long ago like 7 months ago without my face in videos and he had my full name since my Instagram account was my full name, I ofc blocked him and all and made a new account with different username and photo and used it for a while, now my question is do u think I can activate my old one(I really loved it) and just change the username and photo?? Could it still be linked to my name somehow Even after changing the username?? Thanks btw 🙏
