Strava isn’t sending me notices about my shoes

I entered a new pair of shoes in May 2025. I’ve logged 468 miles on them now and they are definitely showing signs of wear. With the last pair, I got lots of notifications that I should consider replacing them once I got to 400 miles or so, but nothing this time. Any ideas why?
