"My brother just unloaded the jetskis and he kinda took a bath..."

In episode 17 on season 3 Pam is asking Roy to go to Poor Richard's and he says "I can't, my brother just unloaded the jetskis and he kinda took a bath..." English is not my first language, i more or less understand from what happens later the meaning, but i'm unfamiliar with this expression. What does it mean?
