AITAH for asking for advice on a bet?

I posted a thread on an airlines community about a bet me and my dad made.

Backstory, me and my family are going on an Italy trip later this year and I had recently watched a movie where a person got upgraded first class cause she was being bullied by other rich people. I had thought hmm is there a way to get upgraded to first class? So I went up to my dad and made a bet saying if I could get my ticket upgraded free of charge I would win the bet.

So I took it on Reddit and asked for advice. Immediately people started calling me a delusional kid since i stated i was young. However there was one person who gave advice and I thanked them and said how I’m not use to flying commercial cause my family has their own plane we use. Which looking back I could have held back that comment but it’s true. Then suddenly everyone starting stating how I’m a spoiled rich kid who now one likes. Mind you my parents are able to afford a plane, not even a private jet but a plane, we can use because of their smart investment choices. They have assets that are able to pay things like that so it doesn’t really come out of their pockets. Then people started stating I’m larping as a spoiled kid who no one likes to keep my kid mind entertained, when all I wanted was advice on how to get my commercial ticket upgraded to first class. AITAH?
