Scheduled Ride Questions

First, i’m confused how this pricing works because o thought scheduling costed more. For me to go from Point A to point B as I type this is over 300$, however when i booked a reservation it was only 220$ 60 seconds ago (it’s never been even close to this cheap, thought it was a bug), I double checked everything it’s the same trip. Second, I keep disabling uber cash from being used for the trip as I’m trying to pay entirely by card and save my wallet balance, but it keeps being re enabled every time i check the status of the scheduled ride and i’m worried it will automatically take my uber cash the morning i’m scheduled to go. Any explanations for either of these would be greatly appreciated thanks!
