Exhausted by living

No I am not thinking about death, but it’s getting so hard living in the Seattle area. My husband and I have one kid and live south of Seattle. We both goodish careers in HR and as an operations manager and we have a good resume working for pretty big companies. I feel like we can never get ahead in this area and it’s exhausting. We think about moving because but it’s hard because our family and friends are here. Anyone else think about moving? If so where have you thought about going. We prefer somewhere with seasons
