Face parts asset?

Looking for assets with 2d face parts.

It's the closest to what I'm looking for. But I want much more options. Can I use the old kits for police(from the middle of XX century): Photofit и Identi-Kit ?

Maybe scan them, and use in my project? Or licence can't permit me this?
