Trying to convince my Dad to not move.

For some context, I live in a country in Europe. I'm currently a sophmore in highschool and I'm planning on doing the IB. However, my family (dad specifically) wants to move back to our hometown in the United States. I absolutely hate it. And I love where I currently live. So you can see that I obviously don't want to move. My dad said that we will most likely move when I'm entering my senior year, essentially meaning that I'll do a year of the IB in my current school for no reason as the school I will go to does not have the IB curriculum. He said the reason he wants to move back is for jobs, (which makes sense) however he does not even try on looking for a job where we currently live. Also for context, my stepmom is getting her green card to the US. (she's Russian, so as you can see it's pretty difficult) I'm worried about the possibility that if we do move, something will happen to her because of where she's from. (Like ICE detaining her) I've tried telling him every reason I could think of for why we shouldn't move, (school shootings, missing my friends, etc) but he somehow finds an excuse or says something to try and convince me to be fine with moving. What do I do?
