HSW upgrade voucher gone???

So I recently got my second HSW voucher by selling a car to a friend and I checked and it was there. Today I checked again cause I was thinking about buying a Banshee GTS and it was just gone. I would submit a support Ticket if the site didn’t keep fucking crashing every time I clicked on send.
