I want the 3ds xl soo badly, can anyone help me?

Im looking for a new 3ds xl in decent condition and one that can be modded. When looking for one, should I ask for the version and if its eligible for modding or something, what else do I need for modding, are the ISP screens any good, and other? What is the best site to buy?
