I've just realised I haven't touched the game in almost 3 weeks.

I've gone longer without playing previous FMs but that's normally months after release and when I do remember, I get excited about starting a new save.

With this FM, I have no urge to go back. The idea of navigating that awful user interface, the endless contract renewal requests and low ball transfer offers, fill me with dread.

I hope the journey doesn't end here though. FM27 really will be the make or break for this franchise.
