AOS in b2 pending

I was dating a girl who is a US citizen for 2.5 months before my H1b layoff. I then filed B2 in my grace period to wind down affairs and go back home. Right now I am in my 3rd month of B2 pending.
we kept meeting each other and we travelled across US and had a great vacation, and now the girl tells me, she like me and, she wants to marry me.
I am from India, so marriage means I need to get my parents and my brother to US for the marriage ceremony who have a b2 visa.

I am not sure what to do, I like her but can I marry her on B2 pending and file AOS to continue staying in the US. I have stayed on h1B for 8 years by the way and have an approved i140.
