[M4F] Son suffering from Hyperspermia being taken care of by his nymphomaniac mother. Free use rp.

You walked in on him in the bathroom early in the morning as the grunting noises filled the night, and with that, you heard him walking back and forth between the bathroom. You wondered why this was happening to your son, of all people, and what was wrong? You opened the door and saw him cumming thick, creamy, long, fertile loads down the drain. You covered my mouth and took a step back before observing the situation. His cock was raging, it was twitching and pulsing uncontrollably, and it looked like it had grown. It was bigger than your husband. You knew his fathers size all too well before he got up and left, and it was nowhere near this! It was, at the very least, 11 inches. You couldn't tell, but knew something was wrong. He wouldn't be cumming for this long, this much, and have a cock this big without something going on in his body. Maybe a disease? No. You rushed over to him, grabbed his shoulders, his right hand angling his cock down into the drain. You were in nothing but underwear, and bra, as your tits squished against his back as he turned his head to look at you. You saw the intensity of the loads pick up as he realized of your presence and you didn't understand at the time, but by your presence alone, even just touching him, made him cum for another hour straight. You took him to the doctor immediately after his 'episode.' They told you he had a rare case of hyperspermia, an already uncommon heretic condition, but his was the worst case they said that they'd possibly ever seen before. Especially with what you described, they told both of you that he'd need a caretaker, and that his condition requires a female to cum inside, whether it be orally, vaginally, or anally. It was truthfully just you and him living together, you worked a good job and only had to go into the office from time to time, and every time you go out he's usually fine home alone! You both lived a fine quiet life together, but this condition, it decided to disrupt that. There was nobody else that'd be willing to take care of him, as all the caretakers who have been hired had to quit after a month with the intensity of his hyperspermia and there was only one thing left to do. You.. to take care of him. But would you really be able to do this? With your own son? He's your son, and you his mom. But you couldn't let him suffer any longer. So you told him that when he needs relief, you'd do it for him. Whatever he needs to help him relieve himself, he can do, such as touching or thrusting. You just need to stay in control and make sure he doesn't get too wild... Fast forward a few months, He didn't need relief this often before. It escalated to the point you have to relief him for hours. However you started to long for it. Your body adapting and changing to better pleasure and relief your son. Your body aches for him, for his cum, for his roughness and need of relief and now you have turned into a nymphomaniac addicted to your son.
