Ready to date again but I don't have much knowledge

So I've only dated one guy and that was in high school. I had asked him out first at the end of 9th grade, he friend zoned me but then beginning of 10th grade he asked me out. So we dated for 4 and a half months with me moving at the beginning of 12th grade. I wasn't a fan of a long distance relationship but I was too scared to bring up how I really felt. During our period of LDR, we only texted once a month, we both graduated high school and I went to college while he worked. I told him my accomplishments in college but he didn't really acknowledge them. Towards the end of our relationship he went MIA for 3 months and I was really worried, I was texting him and his cousin but got no response until 1 month after our anniversary when he broke up with me saying he wasn't in love with me anymore, but it was more he was jealous of me being in college. I've been single over 2 years now and feel ready to start dating again but with me being short (4' 9") I look more 13 instead of 21 and that makes it harder for me to find someone to date. I'm still in college and this semester I'm taking more in person classes but I want to try online dating as well, I'm just not up to spending so much money. I'm not on social media either but I think I have a general idea of how dating apps work.
