Please help regarding class 12th pcm cbse board

I have gone through my pcm syllabus , english second book is left and physical education not started yet . I have been doing only the pyq from youtube. Chem pyq are done and a few chapters of physics and maths are left. I have been struggling mentally for a few months and left jee in mid to late 12th ( was doing well) . 2 to 3 months I wasted with a little bit of studies because of my anxiety and depression. I just want help regarding what else I should do and how to tackle english and physical education. Also please tell is youtube video pyq sufficient as I fear I don't have time to do a pyq book now as I need to revise too( I keep on forgetting what I have learnt) and I also have practicals.

I would really appreciate your help and my goal is just above 75 % . Also I have my boards in delhi and people say Delhi set is tougher than all india.
