DSBM esq movies like "Begotten"?

It's been a while since I watched begotten, I found it from a post or comment here and now I see clips from it in literally every dsbm mv, so I was wondering if anyone knows some similar body horror (ig that's what the genre would be) movies that fit the dsbm aesthetic?
