Liars and cheats

Yall I know everyone has their story of break ups and how they went through the stages of how to get over it… But how to do you get over a relationship of a year, and all of a sudden he break up with you still saying they love and care for you and still talking at least with care and empathy to waking up saying I got a girl pregnant and is due in august… he told me on thanksgiving he cheated on me with 4 other women still talking to her 2 hours before he told me, but wants me to stay and we can fix this and rebuild trust… which I am dumb and naïve for saying yes for… the day he broke up with me we were talking all day making plans on me and my daughter moving in with him to 4 hours later “I’m breaking up with you” took him a week to tell me he got someone pregnant and told me their name… then followed with contact me again and I’ll get the police involved… I just need help/advice on how to move on like I’m hurt and just want my emotions to just justified cause I feel like I’m going crazy
