Is Surugaya not working?

I’ve placed several orders before with no issue, but since yesterday whenever I try to go to pay, it says “There’s an issue with the shipping address. Please correct it.” It’s the same address as before so I don’t understand what’s the issue. I’ve tried different devices and even tried using my girlfriend’s address but it won’t let me pay.
