Reviewing ERAS CV

Hey everyone, As this match cycle is coming to a close, I wanted to share my experience and ask for advice. I’m a non-US IMG (Class of 2023) with Step 1 Pass, Step 2 CK 265, and Step 3 243. I completed four months of US clinical rotations at university hospitals and have four US-based letters of recommendation. I have six research experiences (abstracts, mostly third/fourth author) and no gaps since graduation.Despite applying to 150+ internal medicine programs, I received only two interviews. I tried to build a strong application with good scores, rotations, and letters, but it hasn’t translated into interviews as I hoped. I’d be very grateful for advice on preparing for the next match cycle. If any residents or fellows could review my CV and provide feedback on areas I can improve, it would mean a lot.
