Worth waiting for 9850X3D or build PC now?

Hello. I am building a gaming PC this week, but was wondering if it is worth waiting for the 7 9850X3D, or just using a 7 9800X3D now? Right now, I have a 5080, 64gb ram. My all-in cost so far is like $2.5-3k.
