Lease Takeover / Sublease Available – Lobo Village , Near UNM

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at lobo village, starting February.

I’m moving out due to personal/financial reasons, not because of the apartment itself. The place is clean, quiet, and convenient for students.

I’m willing to help with the lease transfer fee or cover PART of the first month’s rent if needed.
