Subway on Shiloh Street - Mt. Washington - New store?

Anybody know what's going into the Subway that closed down on Shiloh Street? I see they've got the windows all covered up and are doing work in there. That Subway was awful - only one i've ever been to where I got home and my bread was completely burnt.
