I don’t understand ICE agents.

Don’t they feel shame? No matter HOW much money you are getting, don’t they realize that the government does NOT care about them either? Especially the brown and black agents, they see you as alien too boo! Anyone please explain, because I feel sooo embarrassed for these brown agents as a poc. Am I being hateful? I just feel so sad for these people who are getting killed and hurt for just damn existing, someone please explain.
