Crowdsourcing guilds for a game

Planning to run a 5e game for my sister and Fiance, to compensate for the small group, and because my sister wanted a mercenary feel, I want the game to take place in a city of guilds and I've got my main ones down but to fill the roster I was hoping you guys could come up with some for me.

I would love a guild name, short description, guild colors and if you want to go the extra mile a guild motto. Let me see what you come up with!
