Paid suspension

Hey I’ve been on paid suspension for a month now. And I still haven’t gotten any answers. I’m suspended because of a guy following me around and harassing me. To the point he was looking in my car windows to look at me. It was all over because a girl. I’m masculine presenting and I’m a black lesbian woman. I didn’t go to HR because I knew I would be in this situation. But women did an anonymous tip because they seen my frustration. And yes I did threaten him because I didn’t feel safe in the moment because he started to get aggressive with it. They told me it was going to take 72 hours and now we are here. I tried to look through my A-Z and I don’t have anything to help me resource wise. I’m tired of talking to that 800 hot line for my HR. If anyone has any advice on what I should do please help.
