Ready rice almost ready and fully colonized

Hello I am traveling in 4 days for two weeks, i have two bags of ready rice almost colonized completely. I dont think i have enough time to get them to fruit. How can i store it that it doesnt get contaminated also when i am back by end of month i can still get proper fruiting.
