How to sing up c6 (or whenever before whistle notes start)

i can sing up those notes pretty easily in falsetto and whistle tone above those. i can only get to an a5 with my chest voice (warmed up) and its pretty hard to hit higher. i know its very possible overtime but i need tips. thank you for anything :)
