No business class reward seats anytime in 2026 on EI YYZ-DUB

Title says it all. AerClub help desk says if the website says no availability then there's no availability full stop. I find it hard to believe that not one single seat is available on any date in 2026. Sounds like an IT issue to me. Anyone able to shed any light on this?
