Asking for a friend - can a Puretech 1.2 208 engine lasts years if drinking oil too much?

Drinking 700ml per 1000kms

Can the engine lasts years? or it will be dead soon?

Will the catalytic converter die soon? getting cracked?

Anybody survived drinking Puretech without engine's overhaul?
