Elo hell help

After some advice on what todo

- for starts been playing for a very long time and regularly playing with my friends and keep up that are 15-17k prem rating

Finally decided to get my first premier rating solo queuing, obviously never having a premier rating it didn’t know where to put me, puts me in 1k prem game and win 13-0, next game 13-3 5k prem game, next game 10k and my team mate is de ranking, team killling, greifing we loose, next game same thing team mate gets salty disconnects 3 rounds in and my team checks out mentally we loose, next game team mate is trolling team killing clutches then wont defuse, typing teammates location in chat for enemy team and after all these it’s putting me in 3-4K games where I am topping leading board but continuously loosing because at this level no one cares, im not sure what Tod
