How to deal with bullies

So there is a guy who keeps talking shit to me all because he noticed i mostly dont speak in groups or have a quieter voice , one day he randomly slapped me then I slapped him back harder and then he went away from me and started using abusive words on that day I just laughed . We keep meeting randomly because we have some mutual friends today also I met him and he said something shit to me which made me angry now I wanna fucking kill him I can do if I want to because he is smaller physically than me but the problem is he will probably start calling his friends 🥀 but I don't have friends which i can call in fights and also I m not a wanna be gangster i just go out to chill . Only thing saving him is his politician dad and better financial stage, like my parents wont pay money to police to let me go also I dont wanna get into this fight and shit and also worry my parents
