Does anyone else experience this with their frogs

I have two adfs in a ten gallon and I notice a lot that there’s always my older/bigger/fatter one that’s on the move like 24/7 she’s always swimming, jumping floating, whatever. And then there’s my other frog that I’ve had for a little under a year and she’s always hiding and quickly going up for air like almost never out in the open
