Seamless Coop doesnt let me do anything Pls help

So me and my friend have been playing the mod a while now and we defeated Radahn. But after the Radahn fight i disconnect and after the disconnect i cant do anything i am trapped at the i land i cant join a other party or i cant teleport i tried reinstall but it didnt help anything i tried making a new charakter but after i joiner my friend with my new charakter the charakter had the same bug too i dont now what should do
