Claims Adjusting Career in Edmonton, AB

I’m a 25M based in Edmonton and I’m exploring a career transition into insurance claims adjusting, particularly within Property & Casualty (P&C). I’ve been working as a finance analyst for the past 3.5 years and am interested in moving into a new field.

-Do you generally enjoy the work? -What advice would you give someone entering the field and what does training look like for newcomers? -How is the job market right now — is it competitive for entry-level roles, or is there still room for new adjusters? -What does career progression typically look like in terms of areas for advancement and salary growth?
