Top Colleges
My kid is a junior in high school and has only now decided that a top college, possibly ivy league is the way to go. The top colleges offer more diverse courses with a broader range of topics. If my kid could take every math course in the country, that would be 7th heaven - no joke. So here are the facts: straights A's since kindergarten, (no ACT score yet, but I expect will be 34/36 range). Is elite talent with music, community service, NHS, and a passion for math enough with the grades? Or is Ivy league a long shot since he didn't start preparing in Jr. High?
