Should I kiss my roommate ?

Ok so I (23f) and my roommate (25f) have been living together for approximately 2 years now. For new years she started telling me how she wants a girlfriend this year and is looking for a girlfriend and it’s been making me a little mad.

I’ll explain further: my roommate is asexual, which means she basically doesn’t feel they need or want to have sex. So basically, if she had a partner she would just be kissing, cuddling, living and sharing moments with them.

Which is basically what we do, we sleep in the same bed while cuddling, we kiss on the cheeks all the time, we tell each other pretty much everything and we just overall act like a couple except we do not have sex.

Lately we have been getting physically closer, our faces are really getting more and more drawn to each other.

But I firstly don’t know if I want to go there with the relationship and also I do not k ow if SHE wants it either…

We both like women but I think I also like men in a way, and I’ve never really been in a relationship… I don’t even think I’d enjoy being in one, I am very confused.

I also don’t want to ruin what we have by doing something so forward and would like some advice could you people in my phone help ? I don’t feel like asking ChatGPT and using water for relationship advice honestly…
