How much RAM can I allocate to the VRAM?

General question

I don know much about laptops but I got a Ryzen AI 9 10 365 (M880 intergrated GPU) and 64GB of RAM in my system. The intergrated GPU uses dynamic vram or sum like that, which can apperantly be changed in the BIOs. How much ram do I allocate without my laptop running like ass? Will it even improve gaming performance?
