Resting heart rate higher while sleeping than when awake
I can’t figure this out. My (31 F) resting heart rate during the day is in the 70s, but when I sleep it’s in the 90s.
I sleep with a cpap and am getting enough oxygen, I don’t drink or smoke, and I eat dinner at a reasonable time. I sweat pretty bad in my sleep, am prone to nightmares, and have a crazy low HRV (I average 11).
I haven’t had the ring for very long, and between my heart rate and HRV im getting nervous. I’m two months post-op from a hip replacement (I have severe autoimmune arthritis, but I’m in remission and I have been for a few years).
I welcome any advice.
