Best cheap white LED option for indoor plants

I'm currently looking for some LEDs to light my plants up in my new apartment, since it's pretty dark. However, I'm struggling to find any white light LEDs that are reasonably priced. Previously, I've had a light that had magenta color, but cost me about 5€ only, and my plant was loving it. Now, since the lights will serve as indoor mood lighting, too, I want something that has white light. However, these usually cost about 40-50€, and I find it hard to believe that adding some green LEDs drives up the cost so much. Can you please share your opinion on this and some LEDs that are reasonably priced, white and are proven to be efficient?
