Black screening issues

Hello there, just upgraded recently to a 5060ti 16gb from PNY. Upgrading from a MSI GeForce 3050. Ever since installation, I have been experiencing random black screening on both monitors. Seems to only happen when the GPU isn't under load.

Hardware- Ryzen 7 5700x 8-core B550-A Pro [CEC] 32GB RAM DDR4 700W PSU

This normally occurs when using Microsoft Edge to stream videos. Sometimes when Minecraft is up, Discord usually running in the background (no streaming through there), but never when under an actual load such as ARC Raiders, Skyrim, Hogwarts Legacy, etc.

Checked all connections, everything is good. Updated drivers, BiOS settings seem fine? Just can't think of what could be causing it so any help would be much appreciated. My only small clue to what could be going on, since it happens to my second monitor every once in a while, would be the cable. It's a DP to HDMI since the 5060 has 1x HDMI and 3x DP. My monitors are not DP compatible. So I have 1x HDMI and the DP to HDMI cable.
