Beginner for flower, what should i look for?

I’m thinking about buying from Fern Valley as recommended on here by someone. Open to other shops. I wanna get pre rolled or flower. What should i look for? Seems like a lot of names for this stuff kinda confusing. Like their terps, whether to get hybrid or indica/sativa, percentage of CBD.

I’m just looking for relaxing stuff. Just relaxing nothing crazy. Maybe to help with sleep or my mood as i go thru a difficult time. I wouldn’t want any THC in it.

My bf had gotten me a dab pen and i wonder if it’s the same thing as those dry herb ones? Like i could put CBD bud in it? It’s pretty tiny so idk.
